How to Book

Most importantly – here at Rondo Travel we aim for you to work with 1 person only from the very first contact until you return home from your educational tour experience.

Here at Rondo Travel we recognise how difficult it is to find time in your busy day to communicate by phone or during working hours. We find 99% of teachers prefer to message by email. As part of our commitment to sustainability we also agree that unnecessary use of paper products is the only way forward

How to book is a simple process – but to be at this stage you should already have gone through a planning and discussion process to ensure the tour fits all your requirements.

1. Request information about a possible tour

Send us an email to info@rondotravel.co.uk.

2. Confirmation of Requirements

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.

It may be necessary for us to ask for some further questions (by email) to clarify requirements such as meals, learning objectives etc.

This process can take a few minutes or a few days whilst we ensure that we fully understand your needs.

4. Confirmation of Tour

Once you are happy with the proposal and have permission to go ahead with the tour just email or call us and we will start the process.

You will receive a letter of confirmation which will need to be signed scanned and emailed back to us.

We will agree a deposit date and balance due date.

Cancellations are free up to the point of deposit payment.

3. Quotation letter

We will email you a quotation letter.

This is your opportunity to check that we have included everything that you require.

If you wish to change or add anything all you need to do is let us know and we will send an amended quotation letter.
