As a teacher of Physics for 28 years and a Deputy Headteacher I know first hand how learning outside the classroom can create memories for life and instill independence, confidence and resilience in a child. I have a passion for travel both personally and in education taking over 25 foreign trips to Paris, Normandy, Germany, CERN and Iceland to name but a few during my time as teacher. I now have the pleasure in using my experience to shape itineraries and support classroom teachers through the whole process including planning, risk assessments, practical advice, support during the tour and generally understanding how they feel as a tour leader!
In my spare time I travel as often as I can, I love exploring new cities and discovering hidden gems within them. When I am home I enjoy walking my dog, cooking and watching travel programs!
